The Kingfisher Pool Campground is in the middle of Heathcote National Park, being north west of Waterfall train station. The Kingfisher pool is located approximately 50m below the campground, so you can access the site easily. The campground is only accessible by foot, in accordance with the Heathcote National Park’s requirement of vehicle-free access. You will want to make sure you have plenty of water and supplies with you when you hike to the campsite. There are only six campsites, but the campground does offer picnic tables and toilets.
